Well, the Coral Ridge Yacht Club really let the good times roll at our Mardi Gras Gala. Everyone came dressed in their elegant regalia and strutted their stuff on the dance floor to the music from the French Quarter of New Orleans east to the CRYC and the rock and roll beat of our DJ. Many members came decked out in their best Mardi Gras costumes and masks and lent the evening a festive and slightly decadent touch.

The food was New Orleans style fare but it lacked the authenticity of a real Bourbon Street Jambalaya. But no seemed to notice as everyone danced the night away with a touch of our Hurricane drinks. Beads flew but the bodices remained intact as the dancing lasted till the late hours of the night. One more great night and party at the CRYC with a good time had by all both young and old. This is the kind of fun that keeps our members coming back over and over again.
