HOUSE
FLAG REGULATIONS at the CRYC (for a
more complete listing, please refer to the Club directory.)
House
flags or burgees that are displayed in the Main Bar, are
primarily intended for active boat owners of CRYC.
However, flags of non-boat owners will be displayed on a
courtesy basis as determined by the Fleet Captain.
Presently
there are several spaces available for house flags of both boat
owners and other members.
Flags must be of a uniform size and of standards determined by
the Yachting Committee. A copy of those standards is available
through the front office.
A design for a flag and letter of explanation for the design
must be submitted to the Yachting Committee for approval.
Once approved and painted (on stock available from the Club's
front office), the actual house flag should be given to the Club
dockmaster, Sharon Crockett, who will coordinate with the
House Flag Chairperson for its placement on the wall of the
Burgee Bar.
The placing of any flag will be on a first come basis and the
addition or removal of any flag must by approved by the Fleet
Captain. For more information: contact Phil
