A color guard leads the Staff Officers and Governors in a formal march to the flag area where they will receive the salutes of the passing yachts in Fleet Review.  The outgoing commodore's flag will be hauled down and presented and then the newly-elected Commodore's flag is hoisted

While returning to her slip following Fleet Review, Merry Makers suffered a sheared off propeller and a burned out bow thruster.  In a display of seamanship, P/C Don Collins eased her into her slip.  A diver later recovered the lost prop.
