classes at CRYC
We are
going to have sailing Wednesday afternoons from 2 – 5 pm. Dockmaster
Sharon Crockett will be setting up a course for fun racing or just
open sailing. Sharon will also be available for sailing instruction
upon request. Also we are bringing back Sunday afternoon sailing
every other Sunday, beginning Nov. 8 from noon to 3 pm. Chris Waidele has volunteered for this along with Sharon Crockett. Walker
Bay and Optimist dinghies are available. Come down, get checked out,
and enjoy an afternoon of sailing. With additional volunteers, more
Sundays will be added.

the following alert:
Hello Fellow Cruisers:
We have just posted an important
notice authored by
our fearless roving reporter, Captain Jane Tigar,
about a series of containers accidentally dropped
from an
ocean going freighter. These potential
obstructions are
littering the Gulf Stream waters
off the Palm Beaches, and will
be of great concern
to those cruisers looking to cross to the
Bahamas from Florida.
If you are contemplating a cruise from Florida,
across the Gulf
Stream, please check out Captain Jane's
full account by going

That's all for now. Good luck, good cruising to
all!
