Welcome from Commodore
J. Lee Krumme

Welcome to the Coral Ridge Yacht Club's website.  We are located in beautiful Fort Lauderdale Florida directly on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, just north of the Sunrise Blvd. drawbridge.  CRYC is 61 years old with a magnificent clubhouse providing both formal and informal dining, an outstanding bar plus an outdoor bar and grille next to the beautiful pool, a children's playground and two tennis courts.  There are 53 slips accommodating yachts up to 100 ft. in length with 50-200 ampere electric service, water and pump-out facilities at every slip.  We can accommodate visiting yachts from other yacht clubs in the Florida Council.  Call 954-566-7886 for reservations.

Click here for a map to help you find  us.

CRYC is the "Club that loves to party."  As you surf this site, check out some of the recent party pictures.  They range from the informal to costume to black tie.  We have an active cruisers group with monthly group cruises to locations along the south eastern coast to the keys to the islands.  if you are a member, or want to get a taste of our member's activities, check out the Activities Page. Go here for What's New.

If you are interested to learn more about the Coral Ridge Yacht Club, call or e-mail Elizabeth Ellis in our Membership Office for more information.

Sunday Sailing

Come join our Sunday Sailing program.

Bring the kids or volunteer to help. We are creating a program to teach children of all ages how to sail and to acquaint them with water safety rules.

After demonstrating their knowledge of the basics they will be able to participate in races and small trips in the area.

Please contact Chris Waidele at cwaidele@cwa-corp.com or 954-445-6253 so we can coordinate the events.

Camp Corner...

It's not too late to register for CRYC Summer Camp.  The last session is coming up before we know it and boy does it sound exciting...your kids can join our circus next week!

“Circus in a suitcase” is a unique and fun-filled week of Circus activities.  The campers will learn how to:

In addition to the camp's daily activities, this week will also host a special 3 day workshop week taught by Elisa James.  Miss Elisa is an Australian Cabaret Entertainer, Dancer, Acrobat and Circus Performer with over 30 years of performance experience. She has entertained in almost every country in the world, is a star of the stage and is now teaching a summer camp workshop at CRYC!
